What are your hours?

Beacon Care Services practices are open for business Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

There are three ways to schedule a time for your visit:

  • Set up an appointment using our online portal.
  • Call 844-375-7212, anytime.
  • Stop by the Beacon Care Services office in Carrollton, TX.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

When an appointment is scheduled the time is reserved for you. We require a 24-hour advance notice to cancel any appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour advance notice or missed appointments will be charged at the full rate of service, unless prohibited by law. Our office voice mail is available to relay cancellations when the office is closed. Emergencies may be excluded from this charge at the discretion of the clinical director. Chronic cancellations and no-shows for scheduled appointments will require payment up front in order to reschedule. Please call if you are going to be late for your appointment.

What do I bring to my first visit?

You will need to bring payment and your insurance card if you have insurance. You don’t have to have insurance to use Beacon Care Services.

How is my privacy handled?

We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your medical information. When you arrive for your first appointment, you will receive a Notice of Privacy Practices. The Notice of Privacy Practices explains how your information may be used or disclosed, including how to request a Release of Information if you would like to share your information with someone. Please review the notice carefully and consult with us if you have questions.

Can my child receive services?

Beacon Care Services does not provide individual counseling or medication management for children and adolescents under 18 except in relationship to family issues/family counseling at a parent’s request.

Will my health insurance cover the expense of my appointment?

Health insurance is not required for services, although it can often help lower the cost. If we participate with your insurance provider as an in-network provider, or if you have out-of-network benefits, we will file claims as a courtesy.

How much do services cost?

When do I pay for services?

All fees must be paid at the time of service. Payment may be made in advance by credit card over the phone or through our secure website. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
