Medication management services are available only to members aged 10 years and older. Counseling services are only available to members aged 18 years and older.

Many conditions can be addressed over the phone or computer. In some cases, your board-certified EmblemHealth counselor may recommend an in-person session. If a specialty doctor is needed, we will connect you with a qualified expert.

Tricia McCloskey

Tricia McCloskey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a master level Credentialed Addiction and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and master Certified Professional Life Coach with 15 years of experience working with both mental health and substance use disorders. Tricia approaches each client with warmth, humor, curiosity, and empathy to create a safe and judgement-free atmosphere.

Brandy Wadsworth

Brandy Wadsworth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) with over 15 years of experience. Specializing in medication management, Brandy develops a personalized and collaborative relationship with each patient. Working together, Brandy and her patients can best achieve mutually identified and agreed-upon treatment goals.

TyQuitta Perrier

TyQuitta Perrier is a triple board-certified clinician as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as in Addictions. She also holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Yale University. She has over 14 years’ clinical experience in a variety of settings and levels of care, including dual-diagnosis settings. TyQuitta emphasizes a client-centered and holistic approach to treatment, to support clients in identifying and reaching their full potential.
